We provide service repairs to homeowners and businesses alike.
Services include but not limited to: drywall, paint, trim, doors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, ceiling tiles, flooring, power washing, install (signage, shelving, TV's, art)
Custom built-ins and most general repairs.
Scheduled Home Maintenance
Our program designed to take care of all those often neglected items that should be serviced regularly to maintain the quality and comfort of your home (or business). We schedule between 1 and 3 visits per year and spend the day tending to as many items as we can per a list, we can help you assemble. Common items include: replacement of furnace filters, replacing batteries, cabinet hardware adjustments, minor paint and drywall work, squeaking door and drawers, caulk repair, door hardware replacement, window adjustments, fastening loose boards, fence and gate repair, changing electrical fixtures, hanging pictures and tv sets, and securing loose bricks or tiles. We also work from a list of your making. 8 man hours. ( minimum 1 man our per service person)
Safety service
Included in annual service plan
When light bulbs fail, water leaks or walkways become obstructed we respond quickly to mitigate risk.
Our inspections are included and we can service the following: Furnace filters, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke alarm tests, gas and water leaks, loose and faulty electrical, fire extinguishers, failing caulk,
Mildew and growth inspections and remediation, general safety hazards.
**Additional charges will apply for materials.
